The KUHN Group is today divided into the strategic areas of construction machinery and loading technology. Both areas are organizing and operating independently of each other, and both in Austria and in the international market are organized as separate companies under the auspices of KUHN Holding GmbH. The KUHN name with its subsidiaries in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Bosnia, Slovenia, Poland, Switzerland and Germany stands as a synonym for a reliable partner in the field of construction, transportation, warehousing & logistics, as well as brands that KUHN in Austria, but also in other European countries, the main representative. In the field of construction machinery KUHN in Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Germany, Switzerland and Croatia exclusively sells construction machinery KOMATSU, POWERSCREEN and PEGSON stone sanding and breaking systems and FRD hydraulic hammers. The business field of loading technology covers strong brands of PALFINGER (truck cranes) and MITSUBISHI (forklifts). The KUHN high-quality PALFINGER cranes have been selling exclusively since 1986 and have a market share of more than 50% in Austria. In order to complement the loading technology, KUHN is the main importer of MITSUBISHI forklift trucks in Austria, Hungary and Poland. In the KUHN group, great attention is paid to the training of trainees, so in KUHN Austria we currently have 45 trainees in education in technical and commercial services. Each trainee has various options for further development after his / her education within the group.
