At 15,384 hours, the servicing CAT dealer REBUILT the power train components of this CAT 816B compactor as follows:

Cam shaft & followers
Cylinder packs
Fuel injectors
REBUILT fuel pump

All NEW bearings & seals

Resealed blade lift cylinder & installed NEW bearings

Installed NEW blade mounting caps & bolts

Installed NEW a/c compressor belt
Repaired rear axle brake system
REBUILT parking brake (NEW shoes)
Inspected & greased all u-joints on driveshaft
Checked all gauges, controls, lights & heater
Load tested batteries & checked all connections

Checked engine high & low idle
Checked torque converter stall speed
