Description: Location: Estevan, SK Details: 2023 Zero Hour Rebuild. Work Ready, U-Blade, SS Ripper. Limited Warranty. • Engine – Cat C27, 650 HP Engine (Dyno tested at 645 HP). Full rebuild, new crank standard bearing sizing, Full bench test on Finning test bench, all pressures etc meet Cat specs. Oil samples taken and confirmed. • Transmission – Full rebuild. Full bench test on Finning test bench, all pressures etc meet Cat specs. • Torque Converter – Full rebuild. • Differential – Cat Dealer Complete Rebuild • Hydraulic pumps – Transmission pump full rebuild. Main pump reconditioned. Fan pump and motor fully inspected, within spec. • Main Frame – stripped to bare frame, checked for cracks, all new pins and bushings. • Hardnose – Crack checked, all new bushings and pins. • Radiator & Aftercoolers – Full inspection, pressure tested each mod, new seals, 1 aftercooler replaced new, other inspected and tested. • Final Drives, steering and brakes – inspected and reconditioned as needed. • Track Frames – crack checked, replaced major cartridge pins, and inspected minor pins, resealed track adjustment cylinders, new center pins/bushings on equalizer bar, resealed outer pins, new pivot shaft bearings and seals. • Undercarriage – replaced rear idlers, inspect front idlers within tolerance, new rollers, new rails and shoes, new sprocket segments, • Hydraulic Cylinders – All cylinders on machine resealed and repacked. • Hydraulic Hoses – inspected and replaced as required. • Hydraulic Coolers – All coolers inspected and flushed; engine oil cooler new. • Cab – fully refurbished, original gauge cluster, showing original hours, new headliner, new glass, seat in excellent condition. • Air Conditioner – new compressor and all new lines, evaporator, condenser, and heater core inspected and cleaned. • Wiring – all wiring harnesses inspected and replaced as needed. Main cab and engine harnesses new. • Blade and Ripper – replaced bushings, replaced any pins out of tolerance, trunnions in spec, blade face recently reskinned, GET 80% or better. • Finishing – full sandblast and repaint • Oils and Filters – all oils and filters are new throughout machine. • Testing – machine run in field, check for leaks, pressures tested and set.
