BITUMEN EMULSION PLANT 6 t/h – with oil heating Main characteristics: • Mill capacity: 6 t/h {eg CRS1: % 60 bitumen, % 40, mixture of WAE (water-acid-emulsifier)}. • 3 ton water and acid emulsifier (WAE) mix tank. • Compact design for easy installation and transportation. • Bitumen must be heated in a bitumen tank to a certain temperature for production. The heated bitumen is pumped directly into the emulsion mill through a pump inside the emulsion plant. • Water will be pumped into the WAE emulsion mix tank and heated to a certain temperature to produce emulsion and mixed with acid and emulsifier. • No. 1 A KROHNE flow meter must be installed in the pressure line of a WAE (Water-Acid-Emulsifier) mixture dosing pump - the flow rate is controlled by a pump speed control inverter. • Special acid resistant HCI VARISCO V30 (positive displacement pump) for water acid emulsifier - (WAE) by inverter. • Helical gear bitumen pump with thermal oil heating, power regulation via inverter. • Thermal oil heated WAE tank, pumps, pipelines and mills. • Special drum pump for emulsifier and acid. • Reliable, hassle-free operation with class 1 electrical and electronic components.顯示更多
