Complete System B5500 with GH-12 on ICM Hammer Stand
1.1 Model B5500 – Pedestal Unit
• 21.9ft (6.7m) Heavy Duty Hydraulic Pedestal
• 48” Slew ring bearing 280+ degree swing with adjustable stops
• Heavy duty twin boom and twin stick cylinders
• Lifting eyes on base and stick
• Oversized hardened pins and bushings at every joint
• Laminated reinforced steel pivot points

1.2 Model HP125 - Hydraulic Power Unit
• 125HP electric motor, 480V, 3ph, 60Hz (if a different voltage or hertz is required, please let your dealer or NPK know as this may change the price and/or delivery)
• Elevated Hydraulic reservoir 150-gallon tank with internal baffle and large clean out port
• Load sensing and pressure compensated piston pump
• Visual sight and temperature glass
• Breather filler assembly
• Suction strainer with oil shut off
• Return filter w/dirty indicator
• High pressure filter w/dirty indicator
• Pressure gauge 0-5000 PSI
• (Starter, heater and cooler not included in Item 1) if NPK Starter is purchased the power unit will be 100% self-contained with only one customer electrical connection required.

1.3 Electric / Hydraulic Controls
• Danfoss Plus+1 control system
• Joystick control console w/ two (2) proportional joysticks, display screen, and key switch (screen pages may vary depending on options chose)
• Junction box mounted on pedestal with wire harness
• Solenoid driven multi-Valve (5 section)
• 12Vdc power supply (110Vac/230Vac to 12Vdc)
• 150ft control cord; if a longer cord is required cord length must be specified at time of order (price adder may apply).
• All boxes and components meet or exceed IP65 NEMA 4
2.4 GH-12 Hammer
• 5,500 ft- lbs. Impact Energy Class
• Heavy duty hydraulic breaker
• Hidden hammer hoses (hoses routed inside bracket)
