The suction chamber serves as an additional cleaning method, efficiently removing dust, weeds, straw, light grains, and other impurities. All contaminants are collected in a sedimentation chamber and removed via two augers.
Innovative Aspiration Column
The cleaning process starts and ends with a suction column, the only one on the market that can adjust airflow volume and is directly connected to the sedimentation chamber.
This feature provides a significant advantage when handling products of different weights, from grains to peas and hay seeds.
Metal Particle Removal for Maximum Protection
A powerful magnet is installed at the beginning of the grain path, removing both large and small metal particles.

Advanced Rotational Sorting Mechanism
Instead of traditional back-and-forth or vibrating motion, the sorter operates with a horizontal rotary movement, ensuring:

The machine features an overlapping sieve system, where the lower sieve extends further forward than the upper sieve.
As grain passes through the upper sieve, it lands on the lower sieve, maximizing the entire sieving chamber surface for optimized sorting.
