The device features a fuel burner with a pump, which circulates hot gas through ceramic-coated tubes, emitting infrared heat. The heating unit is highly efficient and provides instant warmth upon activation. Infrared radiant heaters are economical, highly cost-effective, and extremely efficient. The smaller Hipers diesel-powered heating units consume only 50W of electricity (equivalent to a regular light bulb!) and an average of 3-4 liters of fuel per day.
The 2023 models now come with an electric preheater for the burner, ensuring better ignition in very cold weather. The preheater warms the fuel supply channel and nozzle before ignition, automatically starting the heater. The preheater is only activated during cold starts.
The device only uses electricity for the ignition system, maintaining the burner, and the control unit. It can be powered by a cigarette lighter socket. You need a minimum 150W inverter to use it. Therefore, you can use the Hipers infrared radiant heater in work buses, trailers, or, for example, a tractor's cigarette lighter socket. It can also be used in places with limited access to electricity by using a battery or a generator, creating a completely autonomous heating system. The heat is transferred to the room through radiation or convection from the heating chamber of the stove, which then heats up materials or objects in the room and reflects the thermal energy back into the space.
The heating tube contains a high-quality dual-layer precious metal catalyst that, together with micro-particles, blocks dangerous gases and unpleasant odors. The heating device is ecological, harmless, pollution-free, and odorless. The Hipers infrared radiant heater utilizes 99.9% of the fuel during combustion. The combustion process is clean and silent. The stove requires fresh air for proper combustion.
