The Orkan KTKS 160 flail mower is a professional flail mower. It is ideal for mowing wasteland, meadows, weedy crops, corn harvest residues as well as all kinds of forage. The front chain guard protects the operator and the tractor windows from spray from underneath the mower. The working shaft equipped with heavy flail hammers crushes the material. The ground following roller (rear) with dirt scraper keeps the mower at the desired height. The hydraulic shift allows the mower to be extended. This makes it easier to mow e.g. under the crowns of trees or shrubs. The mowing height can be adjusted with the grounding roller and skids. The opened working flap enables the spreading of the mown material and also reduces the power requirement.
